Moving upward & Onward!
Things are going well - life isn't treating me too badly & our new foster dog is a sweetie-pie! AND I've got some new plants for my aquarium on their way. Am VERY excited about them!
Enjoying the fresh fruits & veggies of summer. My favorite part of this season - sweet berries & cherries, tomatoes I could eat standing right in the garden, mmmm!
I'm remaining optimistic that very soon I'll be back at the gym, back on my bike, and ... all the fun stuff! In the meantime ...

I'm so sorry for your loss. Cherie was a wonderful person and well be missed. I sent her a B-day goodie, I didn't realize she passed on. R.I.P
