Getting It Done!

I keep coming and going from SP. This time...I'm sticking to it. There's always an excuse. I always fall off the wagon. NOT ANYMORE!

On 2/22/14 I quit smoking. Yay me! But...now I find myself with a LOT of unused energy! :) So... on 2/25, I was bright eyed at 4:44am. I tried to go back to sleep...wasn't happening. I got up and started an Ab Challenge. I had done the challenge before so I knew what I was in for. LOL

My morning were occupied now...but what about my ...

My morning were occupied now...but what about my nights? I started walking with my son in the evenings. That helped...Until the rain came. Ugh! LOL :O) So now...I've joined a Leslie Sansone Walk At Home Challenge. :0)

This time...I WILL GET IT DONE!

My Goals:
Update 1/19/15 - I have completed 14 5Ks from June 2014 until now! I'm so proud of myself! And...on 2/22/15 I will be doing a 5K in honor of my 1 year "No Smoking" anniversary!

Update 9/4/14 - I have completed 2 live events to date. I'm registered for at least 6 more live events through January. I have about 10 virtual 5Ks that I need to complete at home. I'm getting it done though.

Update 5/20/14 - I have complete THREE virtual 5Ks. My first live event is scheduled for 6/7/14! Woohoo!

1. I WILL run a 5K by the end of 2014.

2. I WILL lose 35 pounds by the end of 2014.

My Program:
As of 3/4/14, I am doing a 30 Day Ab Challenge. (If you're interested, message me and I'll send it to you). I'm also doing the Leslie Sansone Walk at Home Challenge for March. I'm planning on keeping these up from now on. I might change up the Ab Challenge...if I can find something that I like just as much. :0)
