Making it Happen

2015 is going to be a great year!

My goals are:

Hit 135 pounds by April 30.
Maintain 135-140 the rest of the year.
Engage in intentional exercise 6 days per week.
Do 6 half marathons.
Completely run a 5K (no intervals).

I count calories and use my Fitbit to help me stay active. I also try to log into Sparkpeople daily: I always find new information, inspiration, and ideas to keep me working toward my goals! I enjoy SparkCoach.

Personal Information:
My husband and I have traveled to Asia twice and to Russia in 2011, China in 2012, Peru and Europe in 2013. In 2014 we went to India and Nepal and hiked in the foothills of the Himalayas. WE LOVE TO TRAVEL and hope to live at least a year overseas, perhaps in 2015.

Getting back to it on Sunday -- that's the tough part! It basically means I have one social day per weekend and one home day per weekend. As it stands, I may be social on both days, restaurants, concerts, sporting events, etc. And while I love my social life, it definitely makes it harder to eat clean!

Thanks for stopping by & commenting on my blog. I am enjoying being a leader this year. I was so nervous but it has been great! A bunch of great women! We're run/walking 3/2 this week & some are getting together Saturday. I hope to see you too at the Pasta party or the WRA race. Are you doing RussVegas? I signed up but nervous about it since I haven't "really" trained for it. I did the Valentine's Day 5K I hoped to see you but I didn't. I kept looking for your name on the race results. emoticon
