2015 is going to be a great year!

My goals are:

Hit 135 pounds by April 30.
Maintain 135-140 the rest of the year.
Engage in intentional exercise 6 days per week.
Do 6 half marathons.
Completely run a 5K (no intervals).

Personal Information:
My husband and I have traveled to Asia twice and to Russia in 2011, China in 2012, Peru and Europe in 2013. In 2014 we went to India and Nepal and hiked in the foothills of the Himalayas. WE LOVE TO TRAVEL and hope to live at least a year overseas, perhaps in 2015.

I am stunned when I see the number of people at the grocery store with those motorized carts -- and try NOT to look to see what they're buying because . . . . yeah. That's why.

Feeling healthy is better than anything COULD taste!!

Thanks for stopping by my blog about my hilly practice run last week. I am definitely going to do the race in May. It won't be pretty but I'll tackle it and I'll work towards doing better the following year.
