Part of our first mini challenge is to mention something that brings a smile to our faces.

We love animals. We live on about four acres. We have four dogs and two cats. One of our dogs is a white lab who is 11 years old. One of our dogs is a large rescue dog who is 8 years old. Then we have two mini dachshunds one 11 years old and one 8 years old. Two cats.

Two boys we adopted and are raising certainly give me something to smile about every day!!!

Happy to be on the Champions in the Kitchen team with you.
My recipe for success for the coming 8 weeks is to concentrate on eating lots of veggies every day and drinking my 8 cups of water. I don't do either right now and I know this will help me be successful.

Have a wonderful day!

Hello my fellow Champion in the Kitchen. My recipe for success is to pack a lunch most nights and actively move for 10 min/day.
