My Goals:
I want to lose weight so that I will live longer. I want to be able to run with my grandchildren.
I want to lose weight so I have more energy and enjoyment of life.
I want to lose weight so my husband won't worry about me so much, he will look at me with pride and not concern.
I want to enjoy my family and friends forever and a day.

I want to change my body shape so I can fit in wonderful clothes. Anything I pick up off the rack will look great!
I want to feel energy and full of life and positive thoughts all the time.
God created me to be great and I must do my part to be just that, Great!

Happy to be on the Champions in the Kitchen team with you.
My recipe for success for the coming 8 weeks is to concentrate on eating lots of veggies every day and drinking my 8 cups of water. I don't do either right now and I know this will help me be successful.
