Out With Dieting, In With Healthy Eating!

We are what we eat so we need to pay attention to just exactly what that is and how your body reacts. The very least you should be doing is eating fresh and whole foods. Cut out the preservatives in pre-packaged food. Keep away from the 3 whites: sugar, flour, and pasta. Our food has the means to prevent and heal disease. Our food choices can either kill us (an ever-increasing number of studies say that they are) or pull us out of the disease process, heal us and put us back on track for lifelong health. Food should be our medicine of choice, not drugs. More than half our entire population has to take at least one drug daily (usually more than one). Degenerative diseases like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and even several forms of cancer, could almost always be prevented and in many cases reversed by adopting a whole foods, plant-based diet.

I personally am trying follow a High Raw Lifestyle.

Just remember YOU CAN DO IT! We are all in it together! Don't use your fork and spoon to dig your grave one mouthful at a time but use it to put the proper foods/nutrients in your body. It is your choice!

Just remember this, 1/4 of what we eat keeps us alive and 3/4 of what we eat keeps our doctor alive. It is time for us to make better choices. It is a lifestyle choice. Do you choose to live or choose to slowly die by our current eating habits, processed foods, convenience foods, etc? We need to be proactive and take responsibility.

My Goals:
To start viewing today as the first day of the rest of my life and live my life to the fullest. To be Healthy and Happy! To get off all of my meds because my medication of choice will be healthy nutrition. I truly believe that we are what we eat and all of our medical problems can be traced back to the foods we eat or do not eat.

My Program:
To eat a clean and healthy food plan, concentrating on fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, complex carbs, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, and NO preservatives.

To eat 5 - 6 mini meals a day.

To follow a High Raw Diet meaning 80% of the foods I eat are Raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds.

Drink 12+ glasses of water a day.

Get my butt out of bed and to the gym.

Tapping. I did this video and thought to myself I really wonder if this did anything. then I spent the day with a woman mad at the world by the time we ate, I over did it. no sugar at least.
On the way home I thought to myself I blew it I need pizza now. and my brain said no. then I thought about ice cream and my brain said no. It was the first time ever that after blowing it I did not keep going. I now tap at least once a week. this was the first one Tapping video I did, she is promoting a book before she taps but I got such good results I just had to share! it has stopped the start in the morning and by night off it again and again.
I am back on track and lost 8.8 pounds in four weeks. Try this, it might be a wonderful reward. Velvet
