My Goals:
To get active and lose weight and have fun doing it. I would like to walk a 1/2 Marathon under 3.5 hours.

My Program:
Eat more sensibly. Try to eat less dark chocolate and find more healthy snacks. Keep a walking log, walk 3 miles 3 days a week and one longer distance day (5-8 miles).

Personal Information:
I grew up on Long Island, married the most wonderful man and now live in Virginia. I am a Navy Wife very proud of my husbands service of 30 years. My daughter is getting ready to go off to college, how quite my house will be.

Other Information:
I no longer work outside the home and feel blessed that I do not have to. I love to cook and play mahjongg and travel. I enjoy interacting with the international community.
