Starting over - again

I'm so excited that Spark People is here for people like me. I have been active on this site for years on and off. They've always kept my profile, and my points, and they never judge. The first time I came on I was 140 wanting to get back to 125. Four (?) years later I'm 174 trying to get back to 125. I keep forgetting about the site after a couple of weeks, and then I backslide. I've made it my homepage, so now there's no way I can forget.

Hi Traycie, did the suggestions I gave you in your sit-up thread on the message board help? How are the sit-ups coming along?

Hi Tracey.....6 years ago...wow. So much has happened in 6 yrs but I'm still here and chugging along nicely. I did that "put all the weight back on thing" but had my wake up call and now I'm "in it to win it" as the saying goes. So I've lost 14.5kgs of my weight again and have no plans to weaken and gain them again.
Hope you are having a positive day today.

if you need any more sit up pointers, feel free to comment on my page - I rarely check sparkmail (I always forget!) so I'll see comments sooner. I am CERTAIN that you can achieve your sit up requirement in 2 weeks, if you want to do a daily check-in with me to stay motivated I'd be happy to :) I look forward to hearing of your success!
