Recovering Fast Food Addict

Yep, I am addicted to fast food. I usually can't go a week without eating the crap at least once. This past week, getting back to a healthy lifestyle, I actually had withdrawal symptoms! I did! But I made it through one week without a sniff of fast food. Here's to many more!

I love your positive attribute for today, cooking! I never even though of that, but have come to realize that I am liking my fresh, home cooked meals better than eating out, or fixed by others. Especially my soups. I love that they are made from fresh, whole foods, reducing meat, and loading with veggies, plus learning to love beans. I have actually come to enjoy cooking, when it's on my terms! :)
