Let's do this Together! I've struggled my whole life with my weight and am sick of it. I'm pretty much at my maximum capacity and must lose a minimum of 30 but would like to lose about 55. I don't want to do anything crazy to lose it because it will never stay off that way. Slow and steady...small changes. Healthy Choices, smaller portions, move....that's my plan. My 1st weekly weigh is tomorrow..I picked fridays so my social (sometimes) weekends are a bit more enjoyable. Hope to lose 5+ in morning... but then know it will be hopefully 1+ a week. Not sure if that's possible...but going to try...eating reasonably. I log my food on MFP (if you are there...let me know and we can connect there too). WE CAN DO THIS!!!!
