Still not retired but maybe in a year or two, although government cutbacks may push me into retirement in a year. We will how things move along. Always busy it seems. Have agained about 10 pounds but plan on lossing it; it always creeps up slowly(haha).
Take care of yourself, sounds like reitrement is a blast and gives you lots of time to bond with grandkids too.
grandbabies??? as in more than 1? tell me more! right now it's just random 4th year (senior) humanities courses to finish off my bachelor's degree... the autism courses won't be until fall (if i can finish these first and work out how to pay for them of course!) 1554 days ago
Thanks for the flowers. Oscar really left a hole in our family, not just in my favorite chair. It's funny how one small dog could take up so much room! We are still lost but it's only been a week. 1556 days ago
long time no chat my friend! here's the super quick version of what's new: last year was really rough - henry had a really bad leg break and spent 4 months in a wheelchair and 9 months total in a cast. the specialists thought for a long time that finn had autism (some still do), but we figured it out that he just has a very bad temper, no patience, and a mean streak! now for the positive: nolan is doing AMAZINGLY well, henry is finally all healed and growing up WAY to fast for my liking, finn is speaking and developing normally, and i am back in school full time - the plan is to be a behaviour interventionist for kiddos with autism by the end of 2013... phew, now that's an update! your turn! :) 1556 days ago
