Hi! I am on a trek to get and stay healthy! My goal is to lose about 66 pounds. I previously lost 40 with Spark People in 2006, but due to my vertigo/migraines and my Mom's cancer, I have gained it back, as of 8/29/11. I rejoined SP 10/7/14. So this is my Third SP Trek!! I love cats and Star Trek, hence "Trekpurrson"! I'd love to get some help from others out there, especially if you have sleep apnea, bad knees, pre-diabetes that all can be resolved by weight loss! We can "trek back to good ...

Rejoined Spark People on 10/7/2014--my 3nd Spark Trek!

I am taking charge of my health to beat sleep apnea, by losing about 66 pounds.

My Program:
I am walking at least 30-60 minutes 5-7 times a week, and tracking, following WW Points Plus program, and using the Spark Tracker and Spark People for blogging.
I am continuing working on a Streak: "Don't snack mindlessly in the evening."
