New Year - New goals

Exercise every day with a SP video - not excluding other exercise
go to the gym 2 - 3 x a week (look into aqua-aerobics)
track food on nutrition tracker
strive for 10,000 steps a day
reconnect by having lunch at least twice a month with people at work
go for it on the job by producing the content, being proactive and focused. In other words being who I am!
Slow down and rest on weekends - get off the merry go round!

It is maddening how a woman's weight can fluctuate by 5 lbs at a time like it does. Having lost those 4 lbs really helped me regain my confidence. Thanks for being there for me!
