My Goals:
Improve my health with a better understanding of nutrition and more varied exercise programs
My Program:
1. maintain a daily sodium intake of under 2000mg 2. eat small portions of protein throughout the day. 3. increase walking to 4 miles a day and then begin to work at running again. 4. work on strength training, especially upper body strength and core muscle groups
