The best luck I had losing weight was with WW, but WW wasn't the reason I was successful, it was a few things it allowed me to do: 1) Track my food, so I am aware where I need to tighten up. 2) Zero points for fruit, which encouraged healthier snacking 3) Keep Health and Fitness on my mind SparkPeople does the same (in a bit different format) for free. Walking is great, try to add speed (so it isn't a stroll) and distance over time. I am up to 5 miles if I have time, or 4 miles in an hour...that is a quick pace, but I like it and I'm out to get exercise as well as enjoy the scenery!!
