Thank you for the add on. I added you as a friend too.
I see where you mention boredom as a reason to nibble.
I think that is a universal problem.
I am usually too busy, try to stay busy so i won't eat out of boredom.
If I find myself looking for nibbles, I try to stick with fruit or some nuts.
I love grapes. One cup, 100 calories. So good.
