Hi, my green smoothies are SO GOOD and energizing! I am trying to get the most out of the yoga classes I just recently started. I just don't want any added crap in my body right now. I love LOVE coffee, so I will have it again...but more as a treat and not something I depend on daily. Day 2 off the coffee and I feel GREAT!
