Hi my name is Bonnie and my username is Trikerbon because I love riding 3 wheel motorcycles, called trikes.

I have been battling with my weight all of my life put especially after I was in a car accident (in 1986) and broke my neck in two places. I gained a bunch of weight while I was recovering from the accident. The good news is I lost it...the bad news is it found me and brought along more pounds and a couple of chins.

I am looking forward to meeting the Sparks family and taking control over my weight problem once and for all!

My Goals:
I just finished a huge goal of mine, at the age of 55 I graduated with my Associates Degree in Information Technology with a 3.70 GPA. Not bad for a high school dropout, if I must say so myself. I am very proud of that accomplishment.

Graduating has given me the confidence to make the necessary lifestyle changes I need to make. I am 188 pounds over weight and I know the weight will not come off over night but for now just being able to walk without pain is good enough for me.

My Program:
These are the steps I am taking to reach my weight loss goals.
1. I destressed my life and I am making my healthy lifestyle my first priority.
2. I am using the food tracker to keep me within my daily caloric range.
3. I am tracking my exercise minutes. My exercise minutes are not enough right now but I have set goals to increase my minutes each week.
4. Instead of looking at all 188 pounds I need to lose I am setting smaller goals of 10 pounds at a time. It does not seem so overwhelming that way.

Personal Information:
My name is Bonnie and I live in Wisconsin with my soulmate and wonderful husband Keith.

“Dont ever be impressed with goal setting; be impressed with goal getting.
Reaching new goals and moving to a higher level of performance always requires change, and change feels awkward. But take comfort in the knowledge that if a change doesn't feel uncomfortable, then it's propably not really a change.”
