Just passed by. I saw that you are now a member of the Fab40s group. Welcome emoticon Hey don't worry about the 3000 calories one day, it's the everyday that counts! And tracking is the only way for me at least to see and keep things under control emoticon Way to go on tracking and making healthier change!

I am so disgusted. I actually tracked my meals today and I ate almost 3000 calories of which half were snacks. WOW what an eye opener. I knew I snacked too much but not this much. WoW. No more! emoticon

Thanks for the blog comment. In the Jillian Micheals group is recommends tracking it as circuit training which is how I've been doing it. I don't have a heart rate monitor so I just go with SP's calorie count.
