Congrats on losing one pound, that is awesome! I always treasured each pound lost because I never really expected to lose anything, I was just so pleasantly surprised each time I lost something. And to lose it during Push? That's pretty awesome. I didn't lose anything in that month until the very last week when I added some Turbo Jam on strength days.
