Nice to have you with us! I noticed in your introduction you mentioned tracking the good, bad, and the ugly. That's how I started, too. And, boy, was it ugly! It took me awhile to realize it was going to take a bit of awareness, effort, and accountability on my part to get the calories intake down and start making better choices. I still track it all...even the goldfish I ate for dinner tonight.
