Hey! I haven't been committed to spark until now...meh. I'm serious about getting healthy this time. Good job on losing 4 lbs! It must be more since you posted on April on my page. Insanity is looking more and more appealing. Judging by the name of the program, I don't expect it to be a walk in the park exactly, but how would you rate the difficulty of the workouts? yes I am! What day are you on? I'm on Day 40! I love it as well. I think its because it's a different workout everyday... than the same workout over and over...
