Okay,,, am at 50 would like to take time now for myself to try and live happier and healthier.

My Program:
I have tried every diet on the market,, this is new and I like the idea of a community involvement. I have a hard time finishing anything I start whether thru boredom or frustration.

Personal Information:
Mom of 3 boys that are almost all on their own now. I love watching hockey and football and love to fish!!

1st grandson was born Oct 24th! I am beyond excited!!
