My name is Elina. I am 29 years old and I am a fitness/foodie nut. I lost about 15 lbs with Sparkpeople before my wedding back in July 2008 then switched to intuitive eating and stopped counting calories. Hey there! Welcome back, and thanks for the message. I have good days and less-than-good days, but I am trying to take one step at a time. Sometimes, I'm not ready to be "very good" and would be satisfied with being "not bad"... but I have to watch those slippery slopes. It's hard being a perfectionist!
