Hi. I'm Diana. 50 years old, 5'3" and unhappy with the way I look. 158lbs is my starting weight. I carry all my weight on my torso and am classed as having an "apple" figure. 135-130 is my minimum goal. Am I hard on myself - yes. I initially started this journey and lost 15lbs. Then I became unwell, lost more weight through that and then put it and some more back on. Unable to exercise for a while I am now back on track having learnt to cope with an asthma diagnosis which went untreated for 5 years.

Current Status:

To become more comfortable with myself.

To exceed 10,000 steps a minimum of 5 days per week.
To exercise a minimum of 30mins per day using the treadmill I have at home.
To increase my walking speed and to increase my ability to jog, increasing stamina and distance.
To be more mindful of what I eat.
To reduce the amount of alcohol I drink.

ok what about if I go to bed now, and have a few hours lying down, then get up at say 12 or 1pm how is that? deal? or no deal? I have this hypnosis tape to listen to, and I will be raring to go

I know hun, but I have so much to do, just tonight, went to get my bull balls and I promise last night I will do this, have to get this done, I won't sleep with worry and I will still be up, had a really early night last night, pretty please mom?!! what do you say? LOL
