I Will NOT Give Up!!

I am starting over!!! My weight loss journey demands a serious REBOOT. It's extremely frustrating to be in this place... to have regained practically all of what I originally lost. But, I know it'll be okay. I've just gotta buckle down and do what I've got to do. I just can't give up. I won't give up!!!

I'm afraid we're not really recipe people so much. I think this one just involves browning the meat, throwing in all the veggies and liquid with some extra water if needed, and boiling until it all tastes good. Maybe some salt and pepper, some seasonings depending on the stew. Takes almost no work beyond cutting up the veggies.

Well, Jason cooked the stew, so I don't know the exact recipe, but I do know the ingredients involved ground beef (can use stew beef), baby portabello mushrooms, frozen pearl onions, potatoes, carrots, rutabaga, olive oil, vinegar (we used balsamic), and beef broth.
