I Will NOT Give Up!!

I am starting over!!! My weight loss journey demands a serious REBOOT. It's extremely frustrating to be in this place... to have regained practically all of what I originally lost. But, I know it'll be okay. I've just gotta buckle down and do what I've got to do. I just can't give up. I won't give up!!!

I just saw you comment on my 4mph walk fitness tracker entry. I wish I could walk 4mph..LOL. The max I can walk without going into a slight jog is 3.8. I just use the 4mph since that's closer than using 3mph. (so you are not alone...lol)

Leslie Sansone actually gets the credit for improving my step count. I like her dvd's, and incorporate the steps when I'm doing other things. I have a runner rug behind our chairs that I "step" on when we are watching tv. It keeps my feet quiet so I don't drive everyone nuts.
