I Will NOT Give Up!!

I am starting over!!! My weight loss journey demands a serious REBOOT. It's extremely frustrating to be in this place... to have regained practically all of what I originally lost. But, I know it'll be okay. I've just gotta buckle down and do what I've got to do. I just can't give up. I won't give up!!!

I'm so glad to have your support along this journey. Support is CRUCIAL!! So lets keep it moving ONWARD! We can do this!!

I've seen kelp noodles, and seen they're gf, but I've been afraid to try them because I'm not a huge fan of seaweed. It's why I avoid sushi even though I really like tuna (even raw). You'll have to let me know if it has that seaweedish taste! I need to try quinoa pasta too.

Let's set our goal for this week!! I have been slacking, so this by Saturday I need to weigh 180, 179 woud be nice but that might be pushing it!

Let's check in and hold each other accountable. I'm fighting a cold but I am going to push through and get in AT LEAST 4 gym visits.
