I Will NOT Give Up!!

10/27/13
I am starting over!!! My weight loss journey demands a serious REBOOT. It's extremely frustrating to be in this place... to have regained practically all of what I originally lost. But, I know it'll be okay. I've just gotta buckle down and do what I've got to do. I just can't give up. I won't give up!!!

I'm so glad to have your support along this journey. Support is CRUCIAL!! So lets keep it moving ONWARD! We can do this!!

Thanks for the encouragement. I will definitely fine tune my workout plan this weekend. If it means small workouts 6 or 7 days a week, so be it. I was stressing myself out about working out.. LOL Hope you have a good weekend. emoticon

Ha! No way. I don't ever want to be as low as 130 again. 135 is my minimum, and I don't like to call it my goal because then it feels like I'll never get there. I'll bet by the time six weeks of recovery is over, I *might* get to 145, and I hope to maintain there the rest of the year. I actually have my ticker goal set to 155 right now, and the "low" number on the ticker just keeps getting lower every time I lose more weight, so it says 150 right now. :D I kinda like it like that - it means I'm always at the bottom of my ticker, haha.

You know, I never had a c-section so I'd never been taught that trick! It's definitely been helpful esp when Jason has accidentally made me laugh. I told him I have to be a sourpuss for the next few weeks. :D
