I Will NOT Give Up!!

I am starting over!!! My weight loss journey demands a serious REBOOT. It's extremely frustrating to be in this place... to have regained practically all of what I originally lost. But, I know it'll be okay. I've just gotta buckle down and do what I've got to do. I just can't give up. I won't give up!!!

I'm so glad to have your support along this journey. Support is CRUCIAL!! So lets keep it moving ONWARD! We can do this!!

Thank you for checking in on me. I am doing well! I need to get better at updating my Sparkpage. I've been posting my progress consistently on my Facebook page (Amybeth Loses) but always forget to do it here too. D'Oh! Anyway, I am down 39 lbs now and in the middle of a 30 day yoga challenge. I'm working hard on gaining strength and stamina right now. How are you!?
