Have you tried body weight exercises? Works multiple parts of the body at once & you can do it anywhere. I enjoy it more than traditional strength training. I like that I can go for a walk and then pause, do a set of body weight exercises, walk some more. ;O) 207 days ago
Just wanted to stop by and say Happy New Year! Hoping you're year has taken off to a great start.
I'm working on my temple right now and losing a pound here and there. Inspired by your treadmill workout posts. I need to get back to using my elliptical. The most workout I've been getting from it in 2015 is dusting it off now and then. Lol! I do intend to change that this year though.
