Your idea about altering the meal when you've overeaten is interesting. The challenge is I'm hungry and I am need certain nutrients. I'm using the 21 day Fit portion control containers. I think the portions are already small. (I know it's 21 day something). Plus, usually my evening meal is logged the next morning. So I've consumed the meal before I logged the calories 209 days ago
