My Goals:
Overcome health problems (kidney stones / fatigue/anxiety) Spend more time out and about than indoors. Improve my fitness and health so I am able to do all the things I want to do, which include: -Making short film, -Taking up photography again -Re-creating my social life -Taking up outdoor sports (rambling, sailing, rock climbing) -Bring romance back into my life! -Being well enough to return to work.
My Program:
Exercise for 10 minutes a day and gradually increase. Eat a healthy, nutritious and energising diet Meditate (or Qigongg) daily Use SP exercise and food trackers
Personal Information:
I have always loved music, since a young child, and reading - am now working my way through selected books from the Guardian's '1,000 novels everyone must read'. I listen to discussion, arts, comedy etc on Radio4 and dance to music played on Radio1. My two sons are now adults, and I want to regain my fitness and confidence to enjoy this new independence. One ambition is to live and work abroad for a while.
