Need this Spark

I have been here before. I found this site right after blowing my back out. That was May 2010. I spent close to a year with very little relief. Then when I started to feel better after a new Physical Therapy, I went for a walk. I blew out my knee. So am walking with two canes. Just finished some aqua therapy visits and am on my own again. I retired last month. I belong to a gym that has a pool and that seems to be my best bet for improvement.
I also just stared the 17 day diet ...

My truth now is that I must live differently. I must adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle including nutrition and movement and spirit raising aspects.
I hope that this site, being with like minded people, is the best way to truly change.
I am absolutely ready.
I look forward to helping and being of help or at least having company along the journey.
