Tryatri - and get healthier in the process!

I've "tried" a triathlon - and loved it! I got fit training for my first one in 2007 but then I let some of the weight come back. I dealt with mono most of 2008 but completed by second triathlon anyway. Now I hope to kick sickness and fatigue to the curb and get my rear in gear again!

Update: I've been dealing with thyroid issues and I am still trying to get those under control. No excuses however - I also need to get back on track with healthy eating and get back to the gym on a ...

The Twins are breaking my heart! I hope they can rest up during the All Star break and get back on track in the second half.

It's always harder to maintain your good habits when you schedule goes wacky, but it sounds like you've got a good handle on it. Keep it up, and enjoy the summer!
