Thanks for posting on my blog my friend. Yes, we are too hard on ourselves at times. I read a good article called Five Mistakes we learn from. One of the ladies from sparks wrote it. She said to Not Force the weight loss to happened. It won't work and it will just make things worse. She also said to enjoy the now.
