So excited to see you back! I had a crappy weekend - eating that is - and today the scale did not like me...and this coming weekend is going to suck too - if I let it - but so hard to only have one piece of Jerry's Pizza - but - you will be there and between you and Jer and Amy - you all will help me stop at 1 piece! If I can survive that and no fries at 5 Guys - I should be ok. For the first time I will see in inside of the gym at Stoney Creek :) Hang in there - next year at this time you will be so much healthier- and that is what matters!!!! Kinda crazy - but I look at Jeannette's son and think "He will never know the fat Kim" - which is also motivation to keep it off :) At work I had to change my password and went with Skinny2013 - 2012 will be the last year of being overweight. And if I'm being honest I will never be 'skinny' - but I will never be morbidly obese ever again.
