BUSY BUT WANT TO LIVE HEALTHIER

My name is Teresa
I'm married to a wonderful man and have 3 grown children and 2 Grandchildren :)
I work 8 - 10 hours a day and am usually exhausted by the time I get home and get just a few things done.
I have Type 2 Diabetes, High Cholesterol & High Blood Pressure.
I am on meds and all of these things are under control at the moment but I would love to be able to control these issues with weight loss and Healthy choices.
Any advise or hints would be great.

My Goals:
BREAKFAST:
I know I should eat a healthy breakfast, but what ??? I tend to get in a hurry, run out of the house to go to work, then stop at mc donalds for a breakfast burritto and a small coffee $2.00

LUNCH:
Forget to make a sandwich or something to take with me so I end up at the drive through.
I see lots of nice things that I should be eating for lunch but they all seem like things that you have to be home to make... what do you do when you work all day and can't go home for lunch ???



My Program:
I don't have a program... but am in great need of one...

I need to get motivated and feeling good about what I'm doing.
