To be more active.
Be good to myself so that I can be good at loving others.
For the next few months until gardening season: 30+ minutes of cardio 4 - 7 days per week; elliptical, walking or wogging. Strength training 3 - 5 days per week. 2 exercises per region (upper, core, lower).
Being the best me I can be today. Exercise is more fun when I have someone to do it with, and even better if I have a trainer! (no kidding, huh?)
Eat less. Move more. Be grateful. Get happy. Savor joy.
Thanks for the blog comment :-) I'm still to get my guy on board with the healthy eating thing. I've found that cooking while I'm making dinner is easiest, as long as it's not a complicated dinner :-) Otherwise, my husband inevitably always finds some sport game on Sundays which doesn't interest me in the least so it works for me to cook through Sunday also :-)
