Be good to myself so that I can be good at loving others.
For the next few months until gardening season: 30+ minutes of cardio 4 - 7 days per week; elliptical, walking or wogging. Strength training 3 - 5 days per week. 2 exercises per region (upper, core, lower).
Being the best me I can be today. Exercise is more fun when I have someone to do it with, and even better if I have a trainer! (no kidding, huh?)
Eat less. Move more. Be grateful. Get happy. Savor joy.
Thanks for the Spark Goodie. Busy with graduation preparations and other things that are going on. Trying to get back on track with exercise and eating. Hopefully after graduation I'll be back. I lurk when I have time. Tell Suz hi. I haven't forgotten the team. Cindi
