To be more active.
Have been working on Couch 2 5 K, but not too seriously. This body is over 40 and doesn't handle that kind of pounding too well. But I am making progress. Still don't really know if I have a "program" per se.
Just me. I do best with exercise when I have someone to do it with, and even better if I have a trainer! (no kidding, huh?)
Eat less. Move more. Be grateful. Get happy. Savor joy.
