My Goals:
My goals are to work out 4 times per week and drop a pound per week.

My Program:
I go to the gym early in the morning and work out. I can see a difference in my fitness level but no weight loss.
Now I am working on a diet to go along with the exercise.

Thank! I was going strong the last couple of days and didn't want to be set back. Managed to get 1:05 tonight and got my roommate to join me, too. Good job at getting back into the swing! emoticon
