My Goals:
Keep the 10 pounds I lose every summer off all the time and develop mental toughness in other areas of my life.

My Program:
Track my nutrition and keep my calories between 1630 and 1980. Generally learn more about nutrition and apply that to my goals. Need to eat 2 fruits or veggies every day and get to the gym 3 times a week.

Hi: Your total points of exercise on the challenge has no limits, so you would count your golf as minutes played, walked. Please copy the challenge post where you asked the question and I will check on them every Sunday to send the spark goodies. I will count your 310 this week :) Good job!
