Welcome to the 17DD plan and team. I am currently in my first go around (Cycle 2 Day 6) Things went quite well during Cycle 1, lost about 9 lbs and that was after having cut back on the "unhealthy foods" about 5 weeks earlier and already drinking the 8 glasses of water daily. You can write to me any time and I will answer all of your questions. It's just time to move on with my life. Stay with the 17 Day Diet and you will do fine. Stay as true to the book as you can but remember that you can eat as many veggies as you want when you are hungry.
