On Sparkpeople for the groups and food tracker. Mom of 3 boys just trying to get back into shape and stay in shape.

I love my TurboFire, Chalene Extreme but also enjoy biking, jogging, and weight lifting. I try to have an IsaLean Shake once a day as a meal replacement then cleanse 1-2x a month to rid my body of excess toxins!
