New Fitness goals
1. Graduate from 5lb dumbbells in all exercises. (12-30-09, I have two exercises left.) 2. Be able to curl 20lb dumbbells 8 times (12-30-09, I'm at 4 reps.) 3. Do all plank moves in Chalean Extreme lean circuit on toes. (12-30-09, I can do about 4 reps on each side on my toes.)

My Program:
I don't count calories but I'm vegan and try to select foods with highest nutritional value. I do strength training 3 days a week and cardio 2 days.
