Sugar and Flour free

I'm a member of a 12 step group for food addiction. I weigh everything I eat and I haven't eaten sugar or flour in six years. I am finally taking fitness very seriously. I use the bodymedia link and work out avidly. I've eaten reduced calories for so long that I can't seem to lose weight. My life is very active as I have two young daughters, (three and six) and a German Shepard that needs a ton of exercise. Just looking for ideas and support to reach my 15 pound weight loss goal.

My Goals:
Just want to lose that last 10!
AND then add 5 for good measure!

My Program:
I eat 1450 cals a day and have a 500+ cal deficit per day. I've been doing this for two months and haven't lost a single pound :(
BUT I have a lot more muscle and tone as I lift weights and do TRX and tabata with a trainer 2x a week. Then long hikes and treadmill runs.
