Hey, everyone I have been so busy. I have not had a chance to stay on my diet and unfortunately have gained some weight back I am know at about 208 lbs. But last weds. I joined Anytime Fitness. And I have been working out every other day. This week I have actually already burned 350 Calories and I am trying to stick with my diet. Sometimes I just need someone to tell me to get up and do, And remind me that I can. So if anyone is interested in just given me that extra push every day please let me know. Hello, I have been sooo busy, that I have not had alot of time to go online. I even have been slacking on exercising do to no time, but I have been watching my calories. Starting today I am going to try and get back on track with exercising. So wish me luck. 2891 days ago

I need to start up a regular exercise routine - last exercise I did was walk to the post office & library last weekend when my car was broken down & Miles' car, which I was borrowing, had a flat. :( Oh, just realized I didn't add that to my exercise minutes!
