My Goals:
I changed my goal ticker to include the weight I lost since the beginning of the weight loss journey which was Feb. 8, 2012.
Goals:
weight 140#
Be able to ride bike 30 miles by Sept. 2013
My Program:
1. Track food daily.
2. Exercise 30 to 45 minutes at least 3 times per week.
3. Eat 1200 to 1400 calories per day.
4. Eat at least 5 times per day to keep glucose balance.
5. Include balance of carbs, protein and healthy fats with each meal and snack eaten.
Personal Information:
I live in MN, am married to a wonderful man who loves God. I have 5 grown children and 3 beautiful grandchildren. I am very involved in my local church and love every minute of fellowship with like-minded believers. I play guitar, keyboard and sing (somewhat). I love to read, and my favorite book of all time is the Bible. I desire to live a life that is pleasing in all ways to my Lord and draw close to Him and find joy and contentment in Him alone. I enjoy sewing, cross stitch, card making, biking and walking.
Other Information:
My favorite quote is from John Piper, "God is most glorified in us when we are most satisfied in Him."

Things are back to normal...whatever that is ...LOL Just did my exercizes with Leslie..wasn`t going to as I was too sore from painting yesterday but I knew I had better get them done.
