My Goals:
My weight loss journey began Feb. 8, 2012 at which time I weighed 220#

Current Goals:
1. weigh 150# by Dec. 31st
2. Maintain healthy blood pressure and reduce cholesterol.


My Program:
1. Track food daily.
2. Exercise 30 to 45 minutes at least 3 times per week.
3. Eat 1200 to 1400 calories per day.
4. Eat at least 5 times per day to keep glucose balance.
5. Include balance of carbs, protein and healthy fats with each meal and snack eaten.

Personal Information:
I live in MN, am married to a wonderful man who loves God. I have 5 grown children and 4 beautiful grandchildren and one on the way. I am very involved in my local church and love every minute of fellowship with like-minded believers. I play guitar, keyboard and sing (somewhat). I love to read, and my favorite book of all time is the Bible. I desire to live a life that is pleasing in all ways to my Lord and draw close to Him and find joy and contentment in Him alone. I enjoy sewing, cross stitch, card making, biking and walking.

Other Information:
Grandbaby #5 is due April 6th.

A note to myself. Thought I would share! take your vitamins, eat your fruits and veggies, drink lots of water, exercise and get plenty of rest. These things will help keep you healthy during these cold winter months. emoticon emoticon

emoticon Happy November 1st! Hope that this new month started out on a good note. We have a whole new month for new goals. The month is going to fly by due to the up coming Holiday! Stay focused, take it a day at a time, but remember to move one foot in front of the other and move forward.
