4/2013 - havent been on Sparkpeople for a couple of years - this helped me in the past to lo0se weight. SP held me accountable - I didnt eat that cookie because I didnt want to add it to the tracker! I want to make a lifestyle change not only for me but to develop healthly habits for my kids! I am at 166 and and seriously needing to be 135.

- update - 4 lbs in 2 weeks - never to be seen again. No bread, no pasta, no rice, no potatoes is torture....but it has made me be more inventive in my cooking. Family is a little freaked at the moment.

- 5/16/13 - down another 2 lbs - weight loss is a little discouraging but my clothes are fitting different - I am in jeans today that I havent wore in 2 years - hope the style isnt outdated! :) The goal this weekend is to get out the tape measure and log measurements.

My Goals:
1. My goal is to weigh between 135-140. I have lost my pregnancy weight now my focus is on the 20lbs I gained from quiting smoking
2. Enjoy life and stop being so serious all the time!
3. Spend QUALITY time with my husband and kids.
4. Feel sexy naked!


My Program:
1. Watching my calories. I can see what I have had for the day and know what I can and can't have at dinner time.
2. Walking with my coworkers at lunch. We climb the stairs and walk the parking garage.
3. every hour I go get a glass of water from the breakroom - takes 200 steps - then I do 15 squats when I get back to the desk.



Personal Information:
I am a mother to three of sweetest little kiddos. Ethans is 7, Blake is 5, and Linley is 18 months. I have not been at my goal weight now for 10 years. My husband was diagnosed with cancer in 2003 - we quit smoking - Yay for not smoking but not so good on the waistline. 20 lbs soon followed. Three pregnancies later, a college degree, and a new full time job - the time is now to lose this weight!


Other Information:
I love to take pictures of my family and scrapbook. I only wish that I had more time to do it.
