I'm lactose intolerant and so use soy products.

I eat mainly fish (90%) but will have chicken and other meats when I'm eating out.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I think I am finally understanding that eating sugar makes me crave sugar. I didn't really know this before. I'd heard that, and after this slip I know it now.
