    Tracking your food intake and exercise are good ways to help you "know where you stand" - and joining a SparkTeam or two (or however many you wish) gives you a sense of belonging to a group of like-minded folk with similar health interests and concerns - there are so many teams based on geographic location, life interests, health concerns, etc.! This can also help you to develop a sense of accountability (if not to others, then to *you* - and that's the most important thing)!
